At Ledforbuilders.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Please contact our support team at contact@ledforbuilders.com to initiate the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or special-order products
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Products that have been installed or used

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@ledforbuilders.com.

Shipping for Returns

• You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
